A bit weird if you ask me...

Re: wow. Perhaps we are in the days where men's hearts will fail them for fear. For good reason, no doubt.

I think that I will make a concerted effort, from now on, to return to being inattentive to National and Global Politiks. Concentrate on being a good neighbor, husband, dad, granddad, and husband. This will keep me busy enough.

My hope is in the Lord alone.

Re: wow. I thought he would remain silent through the campaign because of his affiliation with the Republican Party and John McCain...

His opinion has already swayed a few people in my office to commit to Obama (as they were on the fence), and I see this as a huge blow to the Republican Party and their moderate base. Unfortunately the Evangelicals can't look past the emotionalism that Palin has been a proponent of, namely the Abortion issue and the insinuations that Obamais a terrorist (which implies him being a Muslim)...

The ignorance of the masses still surprises me a bit...

Re: wow. That is a disturbing trend of not calling out this notion that being Arab or Muslim is some how unpatriotic or un-American. Both campaigns are guilty of this.

But nonetheless, did you expect anything else? He’s a smart person and can see things above the level of luddites.
